Freeway Corporate Center

Acora Investments was involved in the Redevelopment of Freeway Corporate Center; an approximately 32,000 sqft Flex / Industrial building in the Deer Valley Sub-market.

When Freeway Corporate Center was acquired by the investor; it was a functionally obsolete two story industrial building with rampant deferred maintenance and vandalism.  The previous use of the property was as a data center.  This use housed machines rather than people which resulted in a design which conveyed minimal clear heights, severely limiting the potential uses of the property.  The redevelopment included demolishing the 2nd level in its entirety and remodeling the interior and exterior of the property.  The end result of the project was a striking contrast to the previously existing condition of the asset and resulted in long term leases being executed for the space.

The property is now 100% occupied and a 20,000 Sqft Phase II of the project is currently being developed on an adjacent parcel.
