Acora was involved in the redevelopment of a 65,000 sqft physically obsolete industrial building into a Class A Industrial / Flex product in the Deer Valley submarket of Metro Phoenix.


Centrica is an office redevelopment located in Mesa, Arizona.  This previously defunct big-box retail center was home to a number of major retailers before the 2008 downturn.  The project was completely re-positioned, resulting in a Class A Office product with features desirable to publicly traded companies.  The project was subsequently leased in its entirety by a subsidiary of Banco Santander as they expanded operations into Arizona.
